Porsche 911 GT1 engine pipes cartoon, hoses, soft stuff, normal colors
Same picture as the colored in subsystems but this is colored for how the real thing looks. All in colored pencil over the original black and white.
Red and Blue AN connectors,
brown breather hose,
yellow anti-roll bar adjuster,
green air hose,
redish silicone rubber hose from the engine breather to the oil tank, and from the turbo to the oil scavenge pumps.
Green rubber air hose for the air jacks,
black fuel hose.
Clear vinyl hoses carrying something (water?) out the back below the anti-roll bar adjuster.
Red towing/lift loop
Oops, didn't color the brake lines - should be black.
Green and black rubber sleives on water pipe joints.
EVERYTHING else except the tires should be bare metal. Polished aluminum, rough and smooth cast aluminum, steel (exhaust turbo), stainless steel braid on the 'white' hoses. Some kind of 'aluminized' finish on black rubber hose for the fuel system return and the two intake air pressure lines that go to the bottom. of the waste gate diaphragm.
I'll post credits. I've been working on this for 12+ years, and no, its not a dimensioned drawing. This is a cartoon, but if you're building the Tamiya 1/24 kit, this is information I've never seen all together in one place... Obsessive? Me?
What's obviously missing are the electrical and electronic parts, various small oil lines external on the block, external water lines, fuel supply, sensors, the big oil return path to the oil pump, suspension and springs/shock absorbers (and their hoses to external reservoirs), etc, etc, etc.

Another Long Exposure from yesterdays walk along Eastbournes seafront.
This is the Eastbourne Centre which is not to far from the pier.
Loads of people where looking at my whilst taking this shot which made me feel a little nervous but I suppose standing in the road to get the shot will draw attention.
The amount of dust spots was unbelievable and took ages to clean up, I'm going to clean my sensor today, wish me luck I'm going in ;)
This is a 62 second exposure thanks to my B+W ND110 filter which I love, but I must admit it gets very annoying having to take it off after every shot.
I think I might invest in the Lee filter system at some point for the quality and convenience.
I wonder how the big stopper compares to my ND110 filter.
Thanks for your comments, favs and views on all my pictures.

"Hornblower and the Atropos" - Skippering the flagship for Nelson's funeral on the Thames is not Hornblower's idea of thrilling action. But soon his orders come, and he sets sail for the Mediterranean in the Atropos. 'Battle, storm, shipwreck, disease - what were the chances that he would never come back again?' "The Happy Return" - Hornblower sails the South American waters and comes face to face with a mad, messianic revolutionary in a novel that ripples with risk and gripping adventure. "A Ship of the Line" - Commando raids, hurricanes at sea, the glowering menace of Napoleon's onshore gun batteries - Hornblower must deal with them all as he sails his ship to the Spanish station. Throughout his escapades Forester remains gallant, resourceful and courageous - the embodiment of all the most vivid in a great naval tradition.
